The Flower Lover has not only met my expectations, they’ve far exceeded everything I expected. When we placed the order the shop was short on one of the flowers that was missing from the arrangement for a sympathy bouquet. The shop could’ve very easily substituted it with another similar flower and tell us they were unable to find the orchids due to the fire. But they didn’t do that, instead and they out of their way to locate the orchids. They kept in touch with me via phone calls and text messages, something only a local business can achieve. This flower shop has consistently done a really good job. I live out of state and send my mom flowers for birthdays etc. On this particular occasion, Thanksgiving they were out of a certain flower, she called me right away and asked if I wanted to wait for the floral delivery or if she could make an exchange she even sent pictures! Amazing service!! Highly recommend!!

Easy to order, quick and delivery was quick. The flowers were so pretty. Usually I strongly dislike ordering flowers online because they are usually not as the picture shows, however these flowers were even more beautiful than the picture.

On-time delivery, arrangement also arrived mostly as pictured (maybe slightly less full, I also didn't see so much the leaf-looping featured in the photo). I also realized I made a mistake in my message immediately after placing my order, and sent an email to have it changed – as well as called the morning of delivery to make sure it went through. The person I spoke to on the phone said she would check the email and change it, but the flowers that were delivered still had the original incorrect message. I know it is a bit last minute (I placed the order the day before) but still expected the message correction to go through based on the phone call, so it was a little disappointing.

Otherwise, quality of flowers are beautiful and overall quick service!
